The national Coordination team together with the ANT District leadership of Kasese and Tooro Sub-region, officially opened the Kasese coordination office. We are acutely aware of the situation in Kasese and our promise to fellow opposition groups in Kasese is that we are careful people. We shall not be destructive in our operations. We are in the area to meet our our candidates and coordinators in Tooro and Rwenzori Sub-region.
Thank you Kasese ANT leadership for hosting the Party Leadership. We know that there is nothing good that can ever happen by accident. It has to be deliberately, purposefully and consciously worked for. We know that the duty of transforming this country requires a set of leaders who fully understand that managing a society (country) is at the core of people's lives. We are training our leaders to play that role effectively.
This is part of a series of leadership re-orientation trainings for candidates, electoral party registrars and Coordinators that the party leadership has embarked on.
So far Lango, Teso, Acholi, Bugisu, Sebei, Busoga, West Nile, Tooro and Rwenzori candidate, electoral registrars and Coordinators have been trained. The team proceeds to Kigezi Sub region tomorrow Wednesday, where they will hold a similar type of meeting.
